    • A. Canada and the United States. For international shipping, please contact us for rates.
  • Q. What is your return policy?
    • A. Upon receipt of your order, if you are not happy with your purchase, e-mail us at info@whatlolawants.ca within 30 days to request a refund authorization number. We will make any changes you like, including an exchange, credit to your account, or a refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the merchandise is not in its original condition and/or is not accompanied by a refund authorization number. What Lola Wants will not accept any COD shipping of returns. All sale items are final sale, no returns.
  • Q. What taxes are charged?
    • A. GST will automatically be charged on all Canadian orders, and PST will be charged for orders which ship to addresses within British Columbia.
  • Q. What is your policy on personal information?
    • A. When shopping on whatlolawants.ca, you will be asked to create an account using your name, address, phone number and e-mail. This information will allow you to shop on-line and access your account information to facilitate a quick checkout on future visits. We may also use your information to send you news of upcoming *WLW" sales, product launches or contests. WLW may share your information with an outside shipping company (such as FedEx) in order to send your purchases; however, we do not share or sell our customers’ information with any other outside entities, ever.
